Re-Examining Masculinity, Breaking Down Stereotypes, and Building Strong Relationships
This is a group that creates a safe space where men can examine stereotypical aspects of masculinity that often lead to rigid and negative self-expression. Building emotional awareness as well as healthy relationship skills through the lens of Interpersonal Neurobiology.
