ABOUT

The Center for Connection and Neurodiversity is a safe space where we celebrate the differences in each other. The CFCN was founded on six core values: Identity-everyone has the right to live their true selves,  accessibility-everyone has the right to access their meaningful activities or seek the right support to help them access their community, inclusion-everyone has the right to feel a sense of deep belonging not just tolerated, advocacy-we believe that it is our duty to advocate for those whose voice is marginalized or silenced, community and connection-we believe in building a space that is safe and connects others together and with that comes true health and happiness.

Virtual Locations

Telehealth

About

For many of our services, we are able to offer virtual consultations and telehealth. Your clinician will be able to send you an invitation to set up a client portal account (that email message comes from noreply@therapyportal.com). The portal will allow you to sign a consent, set up payment, and provide background information and history. The portal also allows you to access our appointments via telehealth and is where you will find the link for virtual meetings (which will also be emailed). For questions regarding virtual appointments, please contact your clinician.
